Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between VPNNK and users of the service regarding subscriptions and use. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any route, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms; if you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
1. Service Description and Scope
VPNNK provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service. Subscribers use international routes to reach international websites and online services. The service covers 120+ countries / 220+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients; client downloads and subscription details are available in the user panel.
Plans come in two forms: monthly subscriptions and data packs. Monthly: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets each month on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB — use them until they run out, they never expire. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
Routes and regions are adjusted as operations require; the route list in the user panel is the definitive source for currently available regions.
2. Account and Subscription Usage Rules
(1) No email address is needed to sign up — a username and password are enough. You are responsible for keeping your password safe; losses caused by a leaked password or a lent-out account are borne by the user.
(2) There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online on one account at the same time.
(3) Accounts are for the registered user only. Reselling, renting, or lending an account is prohibited, as is sharing subscription links with others or repackaging the service as a product for third parties.
(4) Subscription links are account credentials — do not share them publicly or post them on public channels. If sharing causes problems with an account, VPNNK may suspend it.
(5) Automated scripts must not be used to make bulk requests to, scan, or probe the servers.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
When using the service, you must comply with the laws of your own jurisdiction and the laws applicable in the region of the route you connect to.
The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: launching network attacks or scanning other people's systems, distributing malware, committing fraud, infringing on others' privacy or intellectual property, sending spam, or gaining unauthorized access to other people's networks and data.
Users are responsible for all activity carried out through the service. If an account is found to be used in violation of these terms, VPNNK may suspend or terminate it.
4. Service Availability and Liability
The service is provided as is. VPNNK makes reasonable efforts to keep routes and clients available, but upstream network conditions, regional policies of target websites, and your local network environment all play a part, so VPNNK cannot guarantee that the service will never be interrupted at any time or in any region, nor that a particular website or app will always be reachable.
Short interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream network failures, or scheduled maintenance and upgrades are not treated as a breach of these terms; maintenance plans are announced in the user panel in advance whenever possible.
The service does not log the specific content users access through the routes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VPNNK is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
VPNNK may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: violation of these terms; use of the account for unlawful purposes; reselling, renting, or sharing the account; maliciously consuming route resources or disrupting other users; unpaid or disputed payments.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in the user panel. Refunds after account termination are handled under the Refund Policy.
6. Changes to These Terms and Refund Details
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The revised version is published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page is revised at the same time; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
