1. Scope and Purpose of Data Collection
The service only processes data directly related to subscriptions. Users are not asked for personal information unrelated to the service, and no user data is bought from other sources.
- Account data: signing up only requires a username and password, with no email address. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; the service never keeps plaintext passwords.
- Order and billing data: plan tier, data packs, order number, payment time and payment status, used to activate subscriptions, reset data on the activation date, process refunds and reconcile accounts.
- Data usage: the total amount of data used in the current month, used for plan billing and reset reminders. This is an account-level total and does not include which websites were visited.
- Ticket content: the text of tickets users submit and the replies in the thread, used to troubleshoot connection, billing and refund issues.
- Visit statistics: aggregated information such as page views, referrers, device type and browser language, used to judge page usability and plan capacity. It is not linked to any specific account.
2. Logging Policy: No Records of What You Access
The service does not record which websites users visit and keeps no connection logs. Connection logs means records such as connection times, destination addresses and accessed content that could be used to reconstruct browsing behaviour; the service neither creates nor retains such data.
As a result, the service cannot answer questions about what a particular account has accessed, and will not provide such information at a third party's request. At the network level, only what is needed to operate and bill is kept: account status, subscription expiry and total data used in the current month.
4. Payments Are Handled by Third Parties
The payment methods available are Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Payment is completed on the relevant provider's page or interface; the service only receives the payment result and order number, and never touches or stores full payment credentials.
Refunds are returned via the original payment method, and how quickly they arrive depends on the provider's processing speed. Purchased plans are covered by a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; requests and their handling are kept in the order data.
5. Retention Periods and Deletion
Different types of data are kept for different periods. The principle is to keep only what is needed, with no long-term retention beyond business requirements.
- Account and subscription data: kept for as long as the subscription is active; after account deletion it enters the erasure process.
- Order and payment records: kept as required for refunds and reconciliation, for example to handle 7-day no-questions-asked refund requests.
- Ticket records: kept for a period after closure, so the context is available if the same issue is raised again.
- Visit statistics: kept in aggregate form, not linked to any specific account.
Deletion: submit an account deletion request through the ticket entry in the user panel; once the order details are verified, it is processed accordingly. After deletion the username cannot be restored, and any remaining subscription time and unused data packs are voided, so it is worth confirming first that you no longer need them.
6. How This Policy Is Updated
When this policy is updated, the Last updated date at the top of this page is changed at the same time. Any change affecting data scope, retention periods or user rights is announced in the user panel.
Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised policy. If you do not accept it, you can request a refund under the refund terms before deleting your account.
